Our Story:
When the owners at The BEC set out to create EFC Farms, they weren’t just starting a farm—they were reimagining what sustainable agriculture could look like. They were determined to build something meaningful: a place where fresh food, education, and community could flourish together.
Then, Hurricane Ian changed everything. Seven feet of water wiped out nearly everything- crops, beehives, two-thirds of their free-range flock. But instead of walking away, they dug in. They rebuilt their aquaponics and hydroponics systems, expanded their farm, and made it stronger than ever.
The BEC– their new venture- is an extension of that mission. A venue designed not just for events, but for impact. Whether you’re here to celebrate, connect, or learn, you’re stepping into a space that stands for something bigger.
This is their story. Now, let’s create yours.
